Customer service got back to me fast and cleared up my sizing question without turning it into a big deal. Super easy experience.

I do like the style of the clothes, and the quality is decent, but umm, for the price I expected a bit more. A few pieces feel basic for what I paid. I probably wouldn’t order again unless there’s a good sale

I really wanted to like Bridge & Burn more than I did. Some of their pieces have that simple, easy look that seems promising at first, so I kept giving the site another chance, like maybe something would finally click if I just waited and looked around longer.

But the longer I browsed, the more the clothes started to feel kind of flat. The muted colors are fine, but a lot of the fits looked boxy or just like basics I could probably find somewhere else for less, which made the whole “be patient and you’ll find something” thing frustrating.

The design is definitely clean, and I can see it working for someone who loves very minimal clothing. For me, though, it just didn’t have enough personality to keep me interested, especially after feeling like I had to force myself to be patient with it.

Support did help me in the end, so I’ll give them credit for that. But it took way longer than it should have. whoever runs this needs to fix the response time because the actual help was fine once I finally got someone.

I ordered a jacket that looked like a warm brown online, but when it arrived it was more of an orange shade, maybe like a rust color. I get that screens can make colors look a little different, but this felt far off. Kind of disappointing, and I’m not sure I’d order anything color-sensitive from here again.

Shopping on the Bridge & Burn site was easy overall. The pages loaded quickly, and I could find sizes, colors, and product details without feeling like I was hunting forever. Checkout was straightforward too, which I appreciated. Weirdly, I still found myself clicking around a bit more than I expected in a couple spots, even though the menu isn’t really complicated. The photos are clear and helpful, and even with that small nitpick, it was a smooth experience.

I really like the look of Bridge & Burn stuff, and I’ve found a few pieces I could totally see myself wearing all the time.

The annoying part is that whenever I actually find a color or size I want, it’s already sold out or there’s just some random size left that obviously doesn’t work for me. I checked back more than once hoping it would change, but I didn’t have much luck.
I wish the site made restock info clearer because I was ready to buy, I just couldn’t get the thing I wanted in my size.

The sizing has always been right for me so far. I kind of expected to have to guess a bit, because that’s usually how it goes with clothes, but these have been consistent every time.

The fabric feels nice, so I wanted to like it more. But the stitching looked a little uneven in places, which made the overall quality feel just okay to me

I ordered from bridgeandburn.com, and the clothes were totally fine once they showed up. The frustrating part was how long the shipping took, and I barely got any updates, so I was just sitting there waiting like... okay, is this coming or not? :/
It wasn’t a terrible experience or anything, but for the price I definitely expected things to move a lot faster. I’d probably skip ordering again if I needed something by a certain date!!

I ordered a jacket and it showed up in this super flimsy mailer with one corner literally ripped open. Luckily the jacket itself was fine, but the packaging felt really cheap for what I paid. There wasn’t any extra wrap or protection or anything, it was just kind of shoved in there. Definitely disappointing, and it makes me a little nervous about ordering again.

I tried to exchange a jacket, it ended up being way more annoying than I expected. Maybe I caught them at a bad time, I don’t know, but the emails took forever to come back and I kept wondering if I was doing something wrong. In the end, the whole process just felt slow and frustrating

My order showed up without any problems, and I really like the jacket. The only downside was the shipping cost felt a little high, so that’s why I’m taking off one star.

I ordered my usual size and somehow it was really tight in the shoulders but loose around the waist. Not sure who’s in charge of the sizing or whoever runs this, but the size chart wasn’t much help at all. It looked nice, which was disappointing, but the fit was so off that I ended up returning it.

I wore these around for a bit while running errands and just hanging out at home, and at first I was mostly just trying to figure out if they’d break in more. That said, the return process itself was straightforward, and I got my refund without waiting too long. The only annoying part was that the return label wasn’t super easy to find right away. I try to be fair with reviews, but this fabric just didn’t feel soft to me. It was kind of rough and scratchy against my skin, so I’d feel wrong saying it’s comfortable.

I picked up my order during a sale and the discount was actually really good, not just a tiny markdown. Checkout was simple and only took a couple minutes, which I appreciated. The shipping updates were a little slow to show up, but the package still arrived fine. Overall, I was happy with the price and the easy ordering process.

I mean, overall it was nice and I don’t really have any big complaints, but the sizing felt a little weird to me. Like, the stuff itself was cute and seemed decent, but I kept second-guessing whether I should’ve gone up or down a size. So yeah, it was okay overall, just not totally perfect for me.

I liked the slower, more thoughtful feel of the site and the details about the materials. It comes across as less throwaway than a lot of clothing brands, which I appreciated. A few things could probably be a little more polished, but nothing that really bothered me. Overall, simple stuff, decent values, and not trying too hard. I’d shop here again.
